The Powerblock Sport 9.0 is a component dumbell system offering you the opportunity to expand the set as your strength needs change.

Sport 9.0 Stage I set is equal to/replaces *6 pairs of dumbells with a weight range of 1kg**2.5kg with increments per hand of: 1kg, 2.5kg, 3.5kg, 4.5kg, 7kg, 8kg, 9kg, *1.5kg, *2.5kg, *3.5kg, *6kg, *7kg, *8kg, *0.5kg, *1.5kg, *2.5kg

In addition, the Sport 9.0 Stage I Set also includes two 1kg "adder weights" that slot inside the handle for micro-incremental training in steps of 1kg per hand to fine-tune workouts for maximum versatility.

PowerBlock Sport 9.0 set can be expanded from *0 lbs to *0 lbs with the PoweBlock Sport 9.0 Stage 2 Kit.

Simply put the PowerBlock Sport 9.0 set weight plates inside the PowerBlock Sport 9.0 Stage 2 weight plates and you're ready to go.

PowerBlock Sport 9.0 stage 2 expands the Sport 9.0 base to accommodate an extra *2 pairs of dumbbells, giving additional weight increments.
